Who is ENVA?

I have been playing Rainbow Six Siege for over nine years - six of those competitively. On June 1st, 2026 I turned that experience into coaching, working with teams and players who want to take their competitive game seriously.

My Philosophy

My focus is to help teams develop in their own way. I don't just tell you what is wrong - I help you genuinely understand what might be flawed in your approach, so you can recognize and fix it yourselves.

I never backseat-game the teams I coach. My job is to push you in the right direction so you can achieve the greatest of what you possibly can - as your team, with your identity, not a copy of someone else's playbook.
